Champagne A&C Toullec


Anthony and Clémence, Récoltants Manipulant, located on the Montagne de Reims in Rilly La Montagne (classified 1st Cru), invite you to taste their handmade local champagne.

The A&C Toullec estate is above all a story of winegrowers that is passed down from generation to generation. Today in charge of a 5-hectare estate (certified HVE "High Environmental Value Exploitation" and VDC "Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne") and cultivating 3 Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay.
Their objective: to offer a gastronomic champagne capable of bringing out the terroir while preserving ecosystems and the environment. This is why the vinification is carried out in parcel selection and in oak barrels.

Cuvée Blanc de Noirs

This champagne with a pale yellow color and brilliant with golden reflections, comes from an aging of 7 to 8 months in barrels. The palate, as delicate as one could wish, with controlled power, offers a perfect combination of structure, freshness and length. A champagne of great finesse.
