Champagne Prestige des Sacres

Janvry

The story begins in 1961, when a group of wine producers from Janvry, near Reims, decide to join forces and combine their means to create a range of Champagnes, released from La Montagne de Reims vineyard and more specifically from Les Monts de Reims.

The aim of these 7 entrepreneurial and dynamic men was to showcase their celebrated terroir, which has been praised down the centuries, even before the wine from Champagne was known as Champagne. This terroir dates back to a time when the wines of the archbishop of Reims were in great favour, accompanying the coronation celebrations of the kings of France.
As a goldsmith, Champagne PRESTIGE des SACRES works, shapes and perfects the expression of Chardonnay in varying proportions. The Meunier grape also founds the brand identity with its thoughtful, discreet presence.

Champagne Prestige des Sacres - Cuvée Boisée

La Cuvée Boisée

Our Cuvée has elevated the blending of Champagne to the heights of a multi-faceted art; those of marrying the wines of Champagne with wood, know-how and talent. From this great blend our Cellard Master created: La Cuvée Boisée.
The sweetness of Meunier, brought out by vinification in oak, the mineral freshness of Chardonnay and a very low dosage lead to a tight texture with an expression of fine and delicate fruity aromas of great nobility.
The pallor of golden yellow is enhanced by a stream bubbles of extreme finesse.
The delicate nose gradually reveals slightly woody, finely smoked aromas, evoking subtle hints of yellow stone fruits (apricots, peach).
Fresh and taut in the mouth, allowing a delicate roundness and freshness to develop, building a persistent "background noise" giving the wine a fine and pure presence within a gently assertive structure.
